How do I book an appointment? When I book online is my appointment guaranteed?

Appointments done online are REQUEST, the appointment still has to be approved by Salon. Once approved a confirmation email or text will be sent to you notifying you of accepted or denied request.

Are children allowed in the salon?

Unfortunately, for safety reasons and to insure the top experience for yourself and other guest children are not able to accompany you. Also, do to limited space we are unable to accommodate any extra persons that are not being serviced.

Can I receive creative color at my first visit to salon without consultation?

Unfortunately, no! To insure that we are properly prepared for you & that your hair is in a healthy state to even achieve your desired look. At least 1 visit is required to receive any treatments or to design blueprint for your color service. However! Demi’s/Elumen *natural colors: black,browns,clear, ect is available at first visits. No lifting will be done only deposit coloring only at first visit or without consultation.
